Trees ?

"the closer you live to nature, the healthier you're likely to be"

Is it true ?

Yes, it is true.

Trees absorb carbon dioxide, storing the carbon while releasing the oxygen back into the air.
Sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D too. So when we expose to more sunlight, we are more healthier as compare to people at home.
Trees also releasing water vapour into the air through their leaves which make us feel fresher in the morning or night.
The color of the tree which is green is a calming, cool color that help us to have a better eyesight and make us feel peaceful, make us feel fresher.

When we walked around trees, we will feel more self-discipline, and greater mental health overall. Result good health.

Reflection
I believe when we are feeling down, and go for a walk in the park, we will feel better with a peaceful mind. It is also the best time to reflect ourselves. Trees help us to clean air and breath in oxygen.
It is a important natural source in every part of our lives.

Additional creative design

This is actually a trees and lights are surrounded them by tying them together in a circle.
This can be found near dhoby gaut mrt station.
I think this is being designed this way in order to give light during the darkness.
Isn't it creative ?
